We now make cuts to our ABS Plastic pre-laminated wood sheets for orders of 1-2 sheets. You may now download our Cut Layout Worksheet, so that you can can effectively plan the layout for cutting your panels. From that we will then make enough cuts (usually 1-3) to get the full sheet down to pieces that are sized to qualify for UPS shipment. You then make the remaining cuts yourself once you receive your order. There is a nominal fee of $2.50 per cut for the labor time and special packaging. This option can not be ordered online and must be set up with me via email or phone.

Remember, we will make only the least amount of cuts necessary to qualify the pieces for UPS. That's why it is important for you to do your layout of pieces (cut sheet) within a virtual 4 ft. x 8 ft. sheet on graph paper, or the computer, so that we can see where it is SAFE for us to make the necessary cuts for shipment. Also, do not leave your tolerances so tight within your panel dimensions within the 4 ft. x 8 ft. area that we have no room for blade thickness in making our required cuts without affecting the dimensions of the overal pieces that you require from the sheet. Thanks.

Full sheets have to ship by freight (tractor trailer) and this can get a bit costly for small orders. Freight is great for larger orders (5 or more full sheets of pre-laminated wood plus foams, extrusions, parts, etc.), because you can get a lot more stuff on a pallet at that point for much less cost than shipping the same amount of pre-cut wood, parts, and materials via UPS.
